    Multi-purpose Facility Banquet rental rates: (April - September): $600 per event w/$100 nonrefundable deposit down. Facility availability per rental Friday morning - Sunday 1 PM. Additional charges apply for additional availability (pre-event decorating and preparations) 50 tables and 400 chairs included with facility rental plus various decorating accessories (columns, dividers, illuminated trees and portable bar) This building is available to rent for wedding receptions, parties or other special events from April through September.

    During the period October through March, Little Bear West hosts skating sports, such as ice hockey.

    Winter ice rental rates: $90 per hour for hockey games, tournaments, ice skating and private skating parties. Concession stand available and managed by Manistique Hockey during ice season. Heated locker rooms, restrooms and kitchen/concessions area.
